Yum y'all, this sauce is really good and the flavor is umami perfect. Sodium levels are fine, It doesn't taste too salty. The price felt a little steep for the size, but to have Gluten-free vegan in a quality sauce, would buy again. I have been exploring cooking Chinese food as a hobby and oyster sauce is so versatile and used so much in Asian dishes, this sauce has become a pantry staple for me.
