Tried numerous times to contact company but efforts was in vein, request for refund but still same isn’t processed and released.Look wise product is amazing but usage I doubt as received product was not great.

The ladder is very useful. It is handy, small. You can carry it easily. It has good quality except the footrest. The footrest could be of better quality. It seems to be of a cheap plastic. Overall it is a good to have item.
