It is a very good cycle. It is difficult to get such quality and such a stylish cycle in this budget. I have been using it for 1 month and have not faced any major problem. Once there was a problem with the gear shifter. The seller helped and sent me a new gear shifter and did not even charge any money.

never buy these type of cycles because i suffer a lot and even i paid from my pocket to assemble it and repair it in hope that it will work fine ..but at last i returned it ...so if i tell you my experience..it was totally worst with seller and cycle also ... these are chineese cycles so dont trust on them ...they will work fine as heaven for 2 months after that they will show you what the hell look likes🤒

I got defective cycle and I cannot even return it I got in touch with customer service shared even I video of defective but this is of no use,got cheated with this product don't ever buy it . They wasted my time saying they are sharing the defective piece and sent some stickers and now time for return is over I m stuck with this defective product
