This belt is good quality and does its job. Could be longer to fit bigger waists.

This is brilliant for my bad back helps to give my lower back heat whilst I’m training soft in the skin and helps sweat out whilst doing cardio.

Tried once. If your bigger than a size 12/14 pushing its not gonna fit you.

The product is quite cheap but I find it too small and has foods around the waist which is really uncomfortable. Does not match my expectations, it’s built for slim ladies
