The parts were wrapped with Bubble wrap, Placed the Thermocol & other cushioning.I have received the package without a single scratch . All the necessary tools were provided to Assemble the bed. I need to hire a Local carpenter to assemble the bed. The Seller was so responsive & Promised me to Reimburse the amount of the charges by our local carpenter.Coming to the bed, The wood was solid , The finishing was so neat.The Plywood & the Hydraulics Provided were of the highest quality.The bed frame feels sturdy and well-constructed.Given its design, comfort, and durability, the Strata bed offers excellent value for money .I am so happy for the Price that I have paid which included the Amazon Sale offers & Cashbacks.

Product was delivered on time as promised by Amazon.Installation team was just at standby, as they came in no time after productvhas delivered n done their job perfectly.Product is amazing with head cushion n storage boxes.Highly recommend this product if someone is looking for a cot in reasonable price.

Very difficult to reach customer care. Product quality is good but after 6 months iam facing problem with irritating noises with bed. Not able to reach customer care

The item is good but 10 inch matress doesn't fit properly on the bed. The company needs to mention the max thickness of the matress that fits properly on the bed.

Extremely comfortable and well-built bed! The quality exceeded my expectations, with sturdy materials and an elegant design. Assembly was straightforward, and the mattress support is excellent. Only issue was they did not provided enough delivery agents to carry parts which was heavyand hectic.But still will highly recommend!

Over all product seems to be good, nice design and quality.Did not expect 4 pieces of plywood, instead 2 or 1 would have been better.But need to improve a lot on delivery of the product, there was no proper communication or information about the delivery date.
