Improved immune biomarkers
Decided to take this for the reported immune health benefits. I took a comprehensive blood test with the different white blood cell counts and saw relatively significant improvements. I have always had mild neutropenia and this lifted my neutrophil counts into the optimal range (at least it's what I would credit because I didn't change anything else regarding my health routine besides adding this). I will be taking another blood test a month from now to see if this has continued or if it was a fluke but for now, seems effective! Edit: I took the additional test and my white blood cell counts improved even more.
