Q: Can this product be used for soaking? If so, what is the maximum amount that I could use in a bath?

Yes you can add Menthol Crystals to your bath water. I would only add 2 tablespoons. It is really beneficial if you are feeling stuffed up to add it to hot running water and breath it in, but use caution. You can also put some on the shower floor and breath in the steam.
