My pelvic floor physical therapist recommend I get one of these. I have multiple prolapses. I have been using this product for 6 months now and it has given me the ability to get back to exercising again. It gives amazing support and I feel so secure when I work out and run. I started out with the high waisted one but prefer the low waisted one much more. I felt the low waisted one offered a bit more support and compression. I feel it’s very comfortable and great quality. I hand wash it several times a week and it’s still in perfect shape. I am very happy with this company and I’m returning to order a second one that I can start wearing to work, where I am on my feet all day. It’s like it has given me my life back again. I am so happy.

I have been washing this gently in the shower (per other reviews) and it’s still falling apart. Seams coming undone and it’s not as compressive as it was before. Now I am stuck with it because the return period is over. I will say, this really helps with my pregnancy induced vulvar varicosities and pelvic pain but I have 3 months left until I give birth and there is no way this thing will hold up. I wish it were more durable, I know it’s possible to make this product more durable. Stop cutting corners to increase profit. Come on.

This is definitely overpriced given it doesn’t last at all. Despite hand washing once, the threads are already coming apart. I otherwise find it incredibly helpful - I would have given it 5 stars if not for the price and lack of durability.

Not exactly what I thought it was going to be. I am getting older and recently lost a lot of weight. I have extra skin down there. I was hoping for something more discreet that I could wear under a swimsuit but this isn't bad.

I have a bladder prolapse. (Yay) And I will need surgery. I didn't want to get a pessary. Instead I googled information and stumbled onto these here on Amazon. I typically wear a size large in tops etc. I ordered these in a medium, with the understanding that I want them to be really fitted and '' hold me up and in''. I was counting on them ''being a little tight'' I found that they worked for me to bridge the time until my surgery. I weigh appx 150-155lbs, height 5'6. I use them as in the stock photo, over my normal underwear.

The product is well manufactured and fits well. Unfortunately I did not factor in my bilateral hip replacement, and after a day of wearing it, my hips became uncomfortable. Without that, it would have served its purpose adequately.

I don’t know what I was thinking. Watched a video by a specialty physical therapist who had really high praises for this garment. Pretty worthless in my opinion. My prolapse would have to be protruding at least an inch for this to provide any support at all. Additionally, I understand that the elastic needs to be very strong and it is, but the crotch section is wide enough that it will chafe your thighs something awful and I have average thighs. Wearing it over tights or leggings might help but, seriously? Not exactly a fashion statement. I definitely do not recommend. This is a pretty pricey item. Thank God for Amazon Prime - returning.

It gave me good support right where I needed it. Expensive, but it seems well made. I can wear under clothes just fine.
