Great purchase! Super worth it, especially at such a great price. The tool is very high quality and is awesome for shotgunning. It opens a hole in any can pretty easily, and it doesn't leave any sharp edges like you would have if you used a key. It's actually smaller than I thought it would be, which is great for fitting on a keychain or in a pocket. Also a great bottle opener. Even comes with a case!

This is a super high quality product. Not only does it come with a protective case, but it is also very sturdy, shiny, heavy, and strong. Other aluminum tools wont stand up to the test of time, but this tool will likely outlive me (especially if I continue to party hard). Trust me when I say I am a very experienced drinker and this BearClaw seriously ups my game.

A quality piece of metal and very consistent as a party trick. Why 4 stars if it's close to perfect? Well, let me tell you why. The width of it makes it very unobtrusive on a key ring. I'm sure you can see what I'm getting at. Handy? Yes. However, the hole it punches is very small and not by much (no width = tiny hole = slow shotgun). If they somehow made the tip of the opener slightly wider it would be 5 stars. All in all, it is a decent buy and probably worth the scratch, if you don't like growing your nails out to pop a can the old way.

It has a good weight to it to easily shotgunning beers at will. There's so much about this tool that I love except it's major flaw, it's just not big enough. It's sharp, it's heavy, and it's pretty, but it just isn't wide enough and doesn't pierce the can deep enough and it isn't wide enough to do a proper shotgun. I emailed a review to the company about a week ago and I know it's the holidays but I have not heard back. I wish they would make something like this that is as deep and wide as the standard plastic shotgun tool in my second picture. The picture of the plastic tool in the second picture shows the puncture mark from the bear claw and how shallow on the can it is. I think this one's going back unless I hear back from them soon or can find another use for it.
