Return Request – Faulty Home Theater System
Dear Amazon Team, I recently purchased a home theater system, but it has a serious issue. When playing, it emits a burning smell and sparks near the wiring. For safety reasons, I’d like to return or exchange it as soon as possible coze wanna go for vacation that's why I bought it. Please advise on the next steps. Thank you,

Wifi sub woofer is not have that much of sound

Used product delivered
There was a scratch on the sound bar. It is evident that someone returns this and the returned product was delivered during the Ramdan sales. Not happy with the purchase. I didn't return it again bcz it's working. If I return, again they will simply dump it on someone, so started using it as it is.. I personally do not recommend this to others as the product is also not so good and seller is also not honest in sending a new product.

Returned it due to the poor performance. My phone speaker works far better than it's rear speaker

Awesome
I have tried so many other brands and finally satisfied with it. Totally wireless subwoofer and Rear speakers. You can keep the subwoofer and rear speakers anywhere without wiring. The sound bar is also awsome. Feel real theater in home when you watch or listen Dolby music or movie.
