Set this product up and it worked only once. It makes a starting sound and has a terrible burnt plastic smell. does not work. Waste of money. Unfortunately the product arrives very late, by the time you get it; you are almost done with the return period. Hence stuck with a bad product that does not work. Scam

Was pleasantly surprised, tried as gave 30 day returns policy. Performs well. Nurses unable to advise if effective. This works, on days unable to use wraps, by using this machine e 2 or 3 times a day, keeps swelling down. Good value for money

Works well but the instructions are in no other language than chinese, the machine itself is a little bit noisy, the time setting knob doesn't move at all so it's hard to keep track of the time passing as it's stuck in the same position the entire time, but after all i can't complain much. I enjoy the relaxing massage!

Although the compressor was faulty, the response I got from Lin Pian was very good, I was able to return the product to a UK address and within a very short time I received a full refund including postage. The 5 stars are for the customer service I received

I bought this product to help me with lymphodema after short while it was stating to split on the grey tubes and it didn't seem to work as well as I thought it would I contacted the seller and he refunded me he was very good

Dosent come with a uk plug so can't use without having to purchase a plug . Instructions need to be clear, my friend purchased one and it came with the UK plug.
