Disappointed today that my bag of Crio Bro arrived busted and spilling cacao. I can't tell whether it was improperly sealed at the source, or whether it broke open during shipping. There wasn't a lot spilled, but and this stuff isn't cheap. I don't believe returns are permitted, so I'm definitely keeping what's left in the bag for consumption. We have been drinking Crio Bro in my household almost daily over the past couple of years, and this is of course a disappointment.

Great product! Terrible shipping logistics... I brew half coffee and half roasted cocao and it makes the most delicious brew I've ever tasted. I buy the 3lb bag and go through it pretty quick. When I put an order in, it could be a mo th before I see the product. Would love it if they fixed the shipping issues.

Delicious I brew it mixed with my favorite coffee and treat it the same. It’s, so, good.

Like the product but packaging was ripped and product was spilled inside box. Cardboard box was undamaged so who knows how long it sat open in the warehouse. Had to go through extra steps to finally get a refund.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I've been drinking Crio Bru Brewed Cacao Ghana French Roast since 2016 and have always ordered the 1.5 pound bag. Since the 3 lb bag is less per ounce, I decided to order. This one smelled like peanut butter and tasted nothing like the previous product. Also, this is not eligible for return through Amazon! I reached out to CrioBru directly hoping to get some help! Such a waste of $60!
