The only "issues" I've had so far, which are trivial at best: The ad "boasts 10 RGB fans" when there are 9 fans and, lastly, my GPU power was touching one of the lower fans causing spin failure, which I needed to address. It's a fast PC and so far, works great. The fans keep the unit cool, so I suppose, I can look past the missing fan, that likely would not have fit. Packing was great, recieved a day earlier than expected and everything was secure on arrival. Great build and an acceptable price.

I have been using my new Panorama XL for about one week. It is an awesome machine, exceeding all my expectations. I am somewhat new to gaming but I wanted a machine that would take me well into the future. I am currently playing DCS Warthog A-10C Tank Killer and Elite Dangerous. There are more games in the DCS library that I would like to play and I can tell you that this machine handles A-10C flawlessly. I really like the life long technical support since I am a relative newbie. I wrote Empowered PC about the warranty and they responded right away with a friendly and knowledgeable email. Setting up was easy and I have encountered no problems so far. I couldn't be happier.

This is an awesome gaming PC. Plenty of power and storage. I bought it to play Star Citizen and it doesn’t disappoint! It arrived in good time / order and was very well packed. The only issue I had out of the box was the remote for the case lights wasn’t working but that pretty much resolved itself after I took out and replaced the battery.

PC runs really well no issues internally as I can tell so far. I think a couple of my fans are suppose to light up but only 1 does but the fans work so I'll just keep em till they die and replace them then. The backport near my motherboard was also slightly off blocking 2 of my usb ports but that's something I can fix pretty quick myself. All in all pretty good for what I was expecting.

Awesome product and seller! I usually expect a lot of issues when setting up a new PC, but this time it went perfectly. Smooth and hassle-free.

Holy moly I was so stressed after purchasing this prebuilt. EmpoweredPC has a very bad online reputation. I am very pleased to report that has not been my experience. I ordered their Panorama 96GB 5080 PC from Amazon. It shipped and arrived within the 5 day shipping window, albeit the last day. Packaging was professional and very safe. Even has a little vice to help the GPU stay steady during shipping. The build quality is excellent. Every part looks clean and new. Performance is exactly what I expect from the parts listed. Quiet fans and immaculate cable management. AIO cooler is mounted properly. Honestly it's beautiful, better looking than anything I've put together myself. Yes their phone number does put you in an endless queue. I am praying I do not have to RMA this PC or its components because I can tell it's going to be a rough experience. If I run into an issue I'll update my review accordingly.

Outstanding machine!

Messed up after 3 months but the company back it up--had to return for repair which they did and they were extremely polite and helpful. Just disappointed I had to deal with the repackaging and return and lack of plying time. But now works fine --can't complain about their service just that it had problems when first received.
