Excellent product and good value for money 👍

Very good heavy strong safe

Good value product however it was cosmetically damaged when I opened the box. As this is a replacement for a faulty item which I had to wait all day for, I do not wish to replace it, or have a refund. I would rather keep it as it does the job, but I am disappointed about the cosmetic damage and there appears to be no way to report this.

exactly 12months after purchase the key pad no longer works, new batteries fitted, very disappointed that the mini circuit board did not last long.

Great safe easy to use

The product overall is very good, I like the fire insulation lining and can see it is a superior product to many others that are just metal boxes. BUT the single bolt fixing to the floor is just not adequate. Only one bolt is provided and only one pre drilled hole. I have no confidence that this is secured to the floor. Pre drilled holes for 4 bolts to the floor and some holes for screws into the wall would be so easy to do and provide. Come on manufacturer this would make a good product into an excellent one.

L'unica pecca di questa cassaforte sono le cerniere esterne, ma è bella robusta..acquistata su warehouse a 250€ circa, a quella cifra non si trova di meglio con questa dimensioni vi assicuro..aveva solo un graffietto sulla parte superiore destra ma che non ne comprometteva minimamente l'utilizzo..

When the battery gets to about 7.20v, the safe will not open given the correct code. Otherwise, it seems to act pretty normally. Replacing the batter restores proper function. The code is not lost with battery change. Manual states: • When the battery runs out, the red light will light on together with the green light after input the correct security code. Then you will need to replace the battery I did not remember. Pretty good safe. I wouldn't trust it for 30 minutes with a determined junkie, but it might be okay for a while in a mild house fire.

証券類などを保管する目的で耐火金庫を探していました、条件は「耐火1時間、容量35L位、非常時にはキーで開けられる事」です。 最近はテンキーのモデルが多いようですが、破損や故障時の対処にトラブルが多いようなのでダイヤル＋キーのタイプと迷いましたが、テンキーの便利さと値段で決めました。 全体的に見て、特にテンキーの部分は思った通りの安作りでした、火事になったら100％壊れます、カバーの取り外しはロックボタンを押しながら・・・と有りますが、プラスチックなのでただ回すだけで簡単に外せます、テンキーが壊れたらいっその事キーのみでの運用でもいいかと思います、ま、テンキーは便利ですけどね。 本体はドアを閉めた時の遊びが思ったより大きく非常時はどうなのかと思いましたが「UL72規格を準拠」を信じるしかないでしょう。 使って見て、テンキーの並びが馴染めません、操作感は悪くはないのですが、丸いカバーに合わせる配置にしてあるせいで変則的です、また、A4ファイルのケースは本棚の本のように入れるとドアが閉まりません、表紙が見れるように奥から置けば入りますが、それでもトレーは取り外さないとちょっと斜めになります。 暗証番号が6桁まで設定出来るなど設定も簡単で、個人的には「盗難と火災」対策としては「無いより安心、そこそこレベルで対応出来る」とおもいますし「全体的に作りが安っぽい」以外は良いかと思ってます。
