My switch a few months ago from cow's milk to powdered goat milk to help manage a slight lactose allergy has been been easy and successful in many ways. So far, I've tried three different brands, and for taste, all are good. For me, a side benefit with Capress is that it's delicious powdered goat milk comes in a working tool – a strategically well-designed product management package. Measuring, mixing and cooking with powdery stuff can get messy, and the Capress packaging provides a system to make mixing more efficient.

The milk taste really good and nourishing. My family enjoyed every ounce of it.

The powdered goat milk tastes great and dissolves well; I’m happy with the quality. My only concern is that the container was not filled to the top, which felt a bit disappointing given the price ($28). Otherwise, everything else was good.

This is a great product. I've been using it to make goat milk yogurt and kefir. Much cheaper than buying refrigerated versions that can go bad if you don't use them in time.

Taste great

My husband and I prefer goat cheese and goat milk over regular cheese or cow milk. It is easier for us to digest. I bought three cans of this product to try out and am glad that I did. It tastes great and doesn't have gamey or goaty odor. The container is strong-built with a tight lid to keep moisture out. The scoop storage at the top lid provides convenience for each use. My nephew is lactose intolerant and starting college next month. He tried this and loves it. I will subscribe for regular delivery to his dormitory. BTW, I shared it with my super intelligent dog, he finished in a blink!

One cup of goat milk is equivalent to ten eggs. I really enjoy drinking this type of goat milk. It has a delicate, fragrant taste and is easy to drink. Drinking a cup every night before bed helps me sleep well.
