Been needing the superfoods for my body. It’s so good for the hair and skin and nails and energy! My energy has been weak for long and I’ve been seeing a difference! No bloating. Size of the pill is decent.

Worth the price, 10/10. I’ve experienced extremely heavy menstrual cycles for years and have had constant shortness of breath and extremely low iron levels (I was at 7, it should be above 30). After taking these twice daily, I can walk upstairs without feeling out of breath and lightheaded. These have made my iron levels so much better and have made things for me so much easier.
