Birch & Meadow 2 Gallon Bucket of Nutritional Yeast Flakes, Popcorn, Yummy Nooch

I'm buying everything in bulk now, so I have a standard sterilization/fumigation procedure I fo with everything: open upon receiot to inspect for smell, texture, weitd dust ornparticles, and stick my hand in to see if any bug parts stick. Then I freeze the whole container in my chest freezer for 3 days, open, place in a chunk of dry ice for a few more days, and transfer into mylar bags with oxygen absorbers AND silica packs for moisture wicking. The mylar bags also limit how much is exposed to the environment at a time, so if one bag goes bad or is contaminated I won't lose the whole batch. In the case of nutritional yeast I can't do all of this. But overall it looks, smells, and tastes great. There are different species of yeast and some are more bitter. This one is very flavorful and vibrant, exactly the way I like it. The color is bright and cheese looking, and the flakes tastes good just by themselves upon taste testing. I'll definitely be ordering more for my long term storage. As long as it's dry and oxygen free it will last indefinitely.
