I have found that if you use it before running it will keep your mouth moist for the duration of reasonably long run (10 km). This is especially helpful when running in cold and very dry weather such as Japanese winter weather. It also very effectively eliminates bad breath.

Good mouthwash but too expensive to use regularly.

Doesnt taste like much or freshen breath.

I didnt really see any difference with this. Have used in 2 weeks. Will use the whole bottle then come back.

Recommended by my dentist. Kills 99% of bacteria in the mouth. I have been using it daily Fr four years. Mild fresh mint taste.
