It’s quite hard to find good quality brown teff flour in the market and I am very glad I found this on Amazon. I make bread with them and all my bread have turned out very well. I will be sticking to this brand from now on. Highly recommended!!

I absolutely love this product! The quality of this flour is second to none. I have tried teff grains and love that also. But this product produces excellent quality results in cooking and baking goods. Gives such smooth creamy texture to banana pancakes which are so delicious! Highly nutritious and healthy. Extremely high in fiber. Vegan approved. I love the packaging. Easy to use and reuse when needed. This product comes in 500g or 1kg I highly recommend this product.

I've tried many different Teff flours, and although this product doesn't mention anything about being Organic, that being said it is by far the best tasting, feels the best texture, and has the best results for stools, that I've tried. It cost more than some organic ones that I've tried, and seems better, also has a higher protein content, so normally I would opt for an organic product, but in this case, I prefer this Teff.

Use this flour to make GF bread (along with cassava flour). It's tasty and nutritious as well as being gluten free. Would highly recommend.

Worth the price I paid for, though I wish it wasn't too refined. I like it a bit raw. The taste is good, appearance is also okay. Not sure I'd buy it again, purely because it is too refined, might have to go back to my old supplier - House of Mistry - and pay twice the amount I paid for this one.

This is my second purchase of teff flour from this company. It is sealed well and it works well in the recipies I use it for. Very fast delivery. I will use the company again.

Teff makes the best pancakes imaginable. Ethiopia banned its export as a 'national treasure'. This is the least expensive high quality teff I've found.

Makes great Ethiopian Injera! Will be buying the white one too!!!
