Been using it for over 2 months now and I’ll say it’s of good quality and helped with my neck pain.

I spent a fortune to find a good pillow ,this one is the one I was looking for my neck pain is relief,I feel very comfortable soft and adjustable for my support.

Brilliant comfortable pillow. My neck is no longer stiff or sore when I wake. Morning headaches have eased too. There was an odour from the pillow when first unwrapped and it lasted about two days but since then no problems. I don't even get hot which I thought I would with foam. All in all I'd say this is worth a try. I would have given it 5 stars had it come with a pillow case to fit as I'm not fond of how it looks on the bed.

This PharMeDoc pillow is a must-have for anyone who sleeps on their side! After reading loads of reviews, I was still unsure, but I’m so glad I went for it and it was on sale too, so even better value. It comes with a bag of extra shredded memory foam, so you can adjust the firmness to your liking. I prefer mine firm, so I added all the extra foam- a bit of a faff, but definitely worth it. I’ve bought so many pillows before, from expensive “hotel quality” ones to big-name brands and they’ve all been pretty disappointing. Don’t wait around, just get this one. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

After few nights it started giving me neck pain !

This is so good, I am never going back to ordinary pillows. After fifteen years of neck cricks and upper back pain, I have finally confirmed it was all being caused by my sleeping position, because I would always turn over in my sleep and end up on my front, head under the pillow with my face all twisted to the side - fine for a kid, not so great at age 50. With the hugging shape of this pillow my neck and shoulders remain in a good posture all night and it has trained me out of the bad habits of a lifetime. Only downside is I wish it came with a cover, it is a bit too large for standard pillowcases so I have had to make a customised one. And also my husband says I snore now because I am more deeply asleep (ha ha, finally getting my own back!)

I don't normally write reviews but I'm that impressed with this PharMeDoc Adjustable Shredded Memory Foam deep centre curve pillow. I at to write a review in a very very long time. So here goes i've been trying to find the right pillow for me for a long time. This pillow with deep curve was just what I've been looking for. I get a good night's sleep. It's nice and comfortable and soft fit me perfectly. And it's a good quality pillow. Definitely value for money

I’m a side sleeper who bought a new bed recently, mainly because the old one was old and too firm. I hoped that the new bed would resolve headaches and neck aches, but I decided I really needed a new set of pillows. I bought this set for the adjustable feature, as I have a collection of pillows that are too low, too high, too hard, too soft, etc. etc. I immediately dumped the full bag of extra fill into each one. Wow. A few nights of adjusting, and now I wake up with no headaches, no neck or shoulder aches. The pillows are soft enough yet have enough resistance to them to be supportive. I like the curve to tuck my shoulder into. I still put pillowcases on them because with the full amount of fill, the outer cover is a bit of a pain to zip closed, and I can see that zipper breaking eventually if used too much. The main downside: the smell. I hate the smell of memory foam. It’s not terribly strong, but it’s there. I know it will dissipate in time because I’ve had memory foam products before. I washed the outer covers and tumbled the pillows on the air only setting in my dryer for about 10 minutes. I was leery of leaving them in the dryer for longer because I wasn’t sure they wouldn’t come apart. I’d recommend leaving them out to air for about a week, honestly. Several days at least. I’ve had the pillows for a week now and there’s just the faintest lingering memory foam smell to them, but I didn’t let them air out before using them. Couldn’t wait to try them. So if you’re sensitive to that smell, definitely give them a good airing before using.
