You need to leave it brewing for five minutes if u want the actual taste of the tea. The smell is relaxing a perfect comfort to ease your mind before bed like chamomile tea and has a lovely floral smell whilst drinking it. Its been helping my partner with sleeping problems with a head injury and it works really well to help him feel more settled. Definitely buying again

Taste is not the best but you get used to it
The taste of the woody little number needs a few days to get used to but it seems to work sleep wise
