These sachets are so handy. I keep them at home for times of sickness or dehydration & they’ve been really helpful. They taste lovely, dissolve easily & are also perfect if you struggle to drink enough water during the day due to a busy schedule or feeling unwell. This is a great alternative to energy drinks. I hate plain water so I add this and it actually works for me.. I don’t feel tired anymore as much and my fatigue has gone. It also tastes great I got the summer fruit one. And the price is a steal! I would definitely recommend it especially if you need more water intake.

I bought this for my trip to Congo, where the weather was very hot. It really helped me stay hydrated. Easy to mix in water and the taste is light and fruity. Gives good energy when you are tired. Only 4 stars because the sachet is small if you drink a lot, but overall very useful.

This stuff is amazing! It’s good flavour and I drink one every morning at work, work’s a lot better than canned energy drinks and gets me through work, my energy levels have never been better! For the price, it works wonders and you get a lot more sachets compared to any other competitor they have. They’re easier and more efficient than canned energy drinks and I find that I am not dehydrated at the end of the day

Actually quite tasty added to water , hopefully not my imagination but definitely feel better for adding this to my drink at the gym

I am not sure this product works, used to use dioralyte and I think I will go back to that, this for me is a miss and not very cost effective.

Used after long haul flight to Australia 🇦🇺 worked so well. Also daughter has been poorly and have worked brilliant for her as she suffer with hydration when not well. (Kept her out of hospital) would highly recommend
