If I had to do a long motorway drive I would definently take them, unfortunately for me I struggled to sleep when taking them. I am very sensitive to certain things. My husband said they made feel better in himself & no problems with sleeping for him. We are all different I guess.

These are certainly excellent value - if you want the standard 2000FU dose as recommended then they'll last you four months, which at £13.99 for a one-off purchase or less for Subscribe and Save, these are the cheapest supplement of this type I have seen. I don't think the quality has suffered though - they're made in the UK and they had the same distinctive nattokinase smell as with every other supplement. The capsules are very small and so easy to swallow, and the packaging is letter-box friendly for easy of delivery.

The container is nice and thin and easy to store in the cupboard. The lid opens well and you can pour a capsule out with ease. The capsules themselves have no foul flavour and no aftertaste. They are easy enough to swallow with some water. Nattokinase is made from SOY so beware for allergy purposes but that is listed in the ingredients on the back. It's one capsule a day which means this is a four month supply which is great value for money! (currently £13.99 at time of review)

I've been taking this nattokinase supplement occasionally in the mornings but more so before my cardio or weekly 6-a-side football session and have been impressed with the results. It thins the blood, which allows for more efficient blood flow to the working muscles during exercise and I've definitely noticed that I'm not getting as tired as I normally do and that I'm also recovering quicker with less muscle soreness. I honestly didn't expect much but have been pleasantly surprised at how effective this seemingly minor supplement that I'd never heard of before has been. I'm taking it for the above-mentioned benefits but obviously it can also be used for other benefits of blood thinners such as the prevention of blood clots and healthy blood circulation to name but two. The capsules are also very small so easy to swallow and the other great thing is that unlike blood thinning drugs, nattokinase is a natural supplement with a much reduced risk of side effects!!

Nattokinase is a product of Soy Beans, which themselves are something of an acquired taste. This supplement is useful for those who want to take Nattokinase without having to consume Soy Beans. I chose the product because it is made in the UK, and I like the surety that it is made to GMP Standards. I do wish however that manufacturers of this kind of supplement actually uploaded copies of their lab certifications to back their claims. Nattokinase is quite an expensive product, but you can only Gauge whether a purchase offers value for money, by how well it works for you, so every consumers opinion will differ in terms of the cost. I'm happy to report that i've had no side effects from taking these.
