I bought these for my partner who was suffering from plantar fasciitis. They brought him instant comfort in day to day life. He was also able to continue playing basketball and the pain has ceased with continued use and support from these insoles. True to size

Works fairly well and fits my shoes ok. Price is good and quality is OK. Supports the feet. Not to hard.

Very good. I wore them 10 mins each day until my feet got more used to corrective insoles. The only thing is, I can't wear socks in my trainers with these and I have taken out the original insole. My foot health is way better, no plants fascists or achilles tendinitis! Boohoo!

I have bought a few different types of insole, but these are the best. I didn't realise that I would need to buy ones for heavier people; I do fall short of the weight indicated, but all the others I have used have been too soft and given pretty much no support. Will definitely purchase more.

This was a high end price item. Tried it in my partners trainers who suffers with Plantar Fasciitis and after 1 hour walking suffered a lot of pain. It does not have a lot of cushioning. Its got plenty of support but feels very hard and plasticky Ordered size 6 but had to trim the toe area to fit. Would not recommend this product and would not buy anymore, its not very good for the price.

I have plantar fasciitis & spend a lot of time on my feet at work, on a concrete floor. Added to the fact that I'm 6'4 & 19 stone, I needed a pair of insoles to take the pain away from my heel. These are brilliant! I've tried a few different pairs, but these are outstanding. There is a thick gel area under the heel & lots of support around the same area. There is still a little pain every so often, but that's probably because I'm bigger than the average bear. I'm not sure how long they will last, but they do seem well made. On the whole if I still need them by the time they've worn out, I will definitely be buying another pair! Update: Had these are couple of months now. I've still been having a lot of pain in my foot. I have purchased some memory foam flat insoles instead. The arch supports on these insoles are just too high for my feet. For that reason I won't be buying these insoles again.

Really worth buying. These have helped cushion the heel so much so that my husband can continue with the gym ( being a non sprung floor) Definitely worth the money and fit perfectly. They have really supported the plantar facilitis that he has.

Ho acquistato le PCSsole Ortopediche perché da tempo soffro di fascite plantare e dolori al tallone, soprattutto dopo giornate lunghe in piedi o camminate. Devo dire che sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto: appena inserite nelle scarpe ho sentito subito un miglior sostegno dell’arco plantare e una distribuzione più equilibrata del peso. La differenza si nota soprattutto alla fine della giornata: non ho più quella sensazione di bruciore sotto al piede e i dolori al tallone si sono ridotti notevolmente. Le solette sono robuste ma allo stesso tempo comode, non ingombrano e si adattano bene a diverse scarpe (le ho provate sia nelle sneaker che nelle scarpe da lavoro). Un altro aspetto che mi ha colpito è la qualità dei materiali: resistenti ma morbidi nei punti giusti. Non si scaldano troppo e mantengono una buona traspirazione. Le consiglio vivamente a chi soffre di fascite plantare, piede piatto o semplicemente cerca più comfort e supporto nelle proprie scarpe. Per me sono diventate indispensabili.

These insoles are high quality and very comfortable for inserting in footwear. The arch support is phenomenal, and much better than some professional orthotics which I have previously had custom made. There is adequate cushioning in the forefoot. I am using them for everyday use in shoes, boots and athletic foot wear.

Usually I don't write reviews, but now I feel compelled to write one. I was suffering from pain in my right heel for about a year or maybe even longer. After sitting for an hour behind my desk and standing up, the pain was considerable. Since putting this insole in both my shoes (left and right; instead of the original soles) a week ago I just feel a minimal amount of pain left in my right heel. My wife ordered 2 more pairs for me. Fingers crossed, but I'm already very happy with the results!!
