I used to hula hoop as a kid but regular hoops were not working for me now that I'm an adult. bought the infinity hoop today and immediately set it up and started using it with no issues whatsoever. The pieces are durable and high quality, and the track is aligned perfectly for the ball to swing. At first the ball may not swing completely. Don't make circles with your waist, do a side to side motion. And I had more success keeping the hoop below the belly button level as opposed to on the belly button, as it made it harder. All in all, I'm excited for my everyday exercise. Can't wait to put on some good music and hula hoop everyday.
