Good quality but the granules take some time to dissolve completely

I highly recommend this product to any new mother struggling with poor milk supply. I saw a significant and noticeable increase in my milk secretion, and it genuinely helped me a lot in my breastfeeding journey. It works exactly as promised for boosting quantity, which is the most important thing. My only constructive feedback is about the taste: the sweetness level is significantly high. While I appreciate the product being palatable, the excess sugar can be a concern for daily consumption. If the manufacturers could reduce the sweetness, this would be a flawless five-star product!

Can say for sure if it works or not but along with other foods i am able to survive through my breastfeeding journey until 5 months. It is too sweet in taste otherwise it works.
