Used item? Old sticker marks on the wire.
I think the item delivered to me is a used item. The box is sealed with uneven clear tapes. When i open the box to check the machine, the wire marks of removed stickers. When i turned on the machine, it released a burning plastic smell. However it works well on hot option, but when it’s cold it makes bubbles inside the sheet. Overall, the condition of the machine is fine and it works okay. It is just my first day of use, hope it lasts.

Incomplete product package…
Very good product..!! BUT received incomplete …. the PAPER CUTTER was missing even though the product package was sealed.. Although the Amazon packing was torn off…!!!

Missing Items
It didn't come with the 30 Laminator Pouches as advertised, i had to wait until the lamination films arrives to test the machine.

I do not recommend this product.
This is a very low-quality paper cutter made of cheap plastic. The construction is flimsy and not suitable for serious use. Overall, poor manufacturing quality — not recommended.
