The perfect very affordablecast iron Dutch Oven
This is the perfect Dutch Oven for me! Heat is evenly distributed, well worth the unbelievably low price I paid for this cast iron item. Cooks well in oven-I use it for all soups, stews, casseroles, etc. Smooth texture, beautiful (blue) cast iron, very easy to clean, and durable. No scratches or dents!!

Wonderful purchase
It came just in time for me to cook shrimp jambalaya. It was perfect and handsome enough to go directly onto the table. Clean up was easy and it will get lots of use in the future. Very happy with the color and its usefulness.

Great so far for the price
Giving this 5 stars for now as i just got it and overall by observation looks quality. I have the blue enamel and the inside is white enamel. It is heavy cast iron and nice size, i think id make stews and chilis, maybe soups and id like to try roasting maybe cornish hens. First time buying a dutch oven and noticed the edges that touch from the lid to the pot top are just raw cast iron so not sure if i need to season it. The box was a little worn and old tape so not really gift ready but for myself it was perfectly ok and the pot was totally fine. Looking over the construction the only thing that looks weak is the small screw for the pot lid handle. Will be trying it out so will let you all know how non stick and cleanable it is. Great for the price. If youre going to gift then lodge is the way to go.

It's very heavy
This was our very first ceramic coated cast iron Dutch Oven ever! First off the color is beautiful a red and burnt orange goes perfectly with our Halloween decorations in our kitchen. The design of the unit is great, I love the fact that it evenly cooks your food there is no need to cook on HIGH! the taste of the food seemed more evenly combined in the pot, (I made beef taco meet for our tostada's) I know it seems like over kill for such a small recipe, but it also shows the diversity of this great cooking utensil. I would use wooden spoons instead of the synthetic ones I have to avoid chipping and scratching that a metal utensil would do. Although the pot is very durable and I'm sure if you are careful could possibly use a metal spoon in a pinch. NOT CHIP RESISTANT but very durable. Over all it works very well and we are pleased.

You will be delighted!
I cook. And I own earlier versions of LeCreuset. This enameled cast iron line is outstanding. I have this one and a sligihtly larger one in orange. First of all, they are so attractive that I leave them on the stove top. I'm also using them everyday, so that makes sense. These cook like a professional tool. The quality is amazing. Read the directions,,,don't slide them along the stovetop especially if you have a gas range. Those grates will scratch the bottom. I never dishwash things like this. It takes so little effort to gently wash it in the sink. They absolutely do NOT need high heat. I'm able to turn down the heat and I use these smaller ones on low, or a maximum of medium. For the few times when food has gotten stuck, I add a little dish soap and water. Then I put it back on the stovetop on a low to medium heat for 5 minutes. Easy. Nothing sticks for long. These are substantial...at least as heavy as LeCreuset. But I'm an older, small woman and I have zero problems moving these around. I took a chance on these because LeCreuset has priced themselves out of the market as far as I'm concerned. Don't know who "Nuovva" is, but they are the equal to, or superior to, LeCreuset. And I don't know anyone who works for either company! All you fellow cooks out there, you're going to love these.

Works well
Was a little hesitant to buy enameled but loved the color. Purchased for baking and so far so good - even and fast heating. Only con is the edges. Edges are not coated so plan on making sure it is 100% dry after washing to prevent rusting.

Perfect for Family Meals – A Game-Changer in My Kitchen
I recently purchased the Dutch oven, and it has completely transformed the way I cook. The quality is exceptional; it’s made of heavy-duty cast iron with an enamel coating that provides excellent heat distribution, ensuring even cooking every time. Whether I’m making a stew, braising meat, or baking bread, this Dutch oven performs beautifully. The lid fits perfectly and retains moisture, which results in tender, flavorful dishes. I also love how versatile it is – from stovetop to oven, it can handle it all. The handles are sturdy, and the knob on the lid stays cool, making it easy to lift and check on your food without worrying about burns. Cleaning is a breeze, thanks to the smooth enamel surface. I was initially concerned about the maintenance, but I’ve had no issues. It’s durable and has shown no signs of wear or chipping after several uses. I also appreciate the sleek design – it looks fantastic on my kitchen counter, and it's large enough to prepare meals for my family. This Dutch oven has become a must-have in my kitchen, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone who loves cooking hearty, slow-cooked meals. Pros: Excellent heat retention Versatile: works on stovetop, in oven, or even in the grill Easy to clean Beautiful design Cons: It's heavy, but that’s to be expected with a cast iron product Overall, this Dutch oven is an investment that pays off with every meal I make. I’m thrilled with the purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their cooking experience.

Questa pentola mi è piaciuta tantissimo. Stufati e ragù spettacolari! Il colore sfumato dello smalto è vivido e brillante. L'interno smaltato è da trattare con cura. Ottimo acquisto.

One thing positive to say about the Dutch Oven is the rich colour. It's stunning, and the pot is heavy. Is it worth it?? No. A few side complaints about this product is the lid is not a snuggle fit, there is a wobble to it. Then I read the instruction booklet and that's when my smile disappeared. In Australia's cooking terms, it seems we cannot go past 200 Celsius. On your page it states 500 Fahrenheit (260 Celsius) well that's a lie to consumers to buy it! It brought it to bake sourdough bread and 200 Celsius is too low of a temp. It also states you can not heat it without nothing in it! Again, to all artisanal bread makers 'STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY' and the shipping price is crazy. You're better off buying yourself a ceramic baking dish.
