I’ve been using these gummies consistently and I really like them. The taste is delicious, like a light citrus candy, and they’re easy to take every day. After some time, I noticed my nails feel stronger and less prone to breaking, and my hair looks healthier and shinier. Not citrus flavored. They are TROPICAL citrus. They taste like penicillin. I sure hope they work.

Have been taking these for at least a year now and my nails stay hard and grow faster and my hair grows really fast too and thicker,,my skin also looks better,,love the taste also!,have had no side effects at all and seem to have more energy also!

These really work for me, they taste good, they grew my hair back, and I look and feel better.

My nails seem to be getting better and I’m getting new hairs coming up here and there. The gummies are all sticking together in all 4 bottles I got. I had to peel them part and put a little flour in them to keep them from sticking together. I keep them where it’s cool away from heat. That has been the down fall about them. The picture shows what I’ve got in every bottle. Second with flour.

All right so I'm giving these three stars because I just received them. I just wanted to leave a review because I reviewed the biotin strawberry gummies from the same brand- I did not like the flavor so I put in for a return and I got these instead. These smell to me, like nail polish remover or acetone, not really my favorite scent in the world however, they taste better than the prior biotin gummies strawberry flavored that I had purchased so that is a win in my book. I do feel that the biotin ones were working, and I feel like these will probably work too, but I will be able to eat them so they will actually be working versus sitting in a plastic jar on my night stand. I will update in a few weeks.
