Been using this supplement since October but can’t say I feel any difference yet but am consistently using them everyday. Not sure if the dosage is high enough for my needs, I’ll have to research that. I haven’t noticed improved quality of sleep. Have no idea of whether the health benefits, effectiveness or quality of the product. I don’t dissolve them so can’t answer if they dissolve easily or not but they are easy to take.

These are my go to ubiquitous capsules. I have tried other makes but these do the trick. Improving my mitochondrial action results in feeling more energetic.

Heard amazing things about this product and been on for 2 months, ok normal size, great value for money and not too big not too small - normal good size, no pain or issues impact for someone who has chronic pain fatigue and pelvic condition/ issues. No taste and eash to swallow. Excellent quality.
