Q: Where can I find the clamp and sliding plate for the strainer,lost it

sorry we do not sell the clamp by itself

Q: is the grinfing wheel available separately? i lost mine

we don't sell the handles separate but if you want call the importer Belpasta at 1 508 230 5985 to see if they have any parts

Q: How do you clean this thing?? I took it out to use this year and it's full of tomato trash that will not come out.

We learned how to take the round center hub apart to clean. It made cleaning so much easier. It is the round center hub with the center spring and clips on each end. IMPORTANT!! Those clips only go in one way for the center hub to work and hold in the spring. We love our Italian tomato grinder sooo much that we bought a second one just in case anything happens to our first which it hasn't. Love this machine. Only problem is we don't read Italian!!
