This L glutamine is really easy to take and feels gentle on the stomach. After using it for a little while, I noticed my digestion felt a bit more settled. It is not a dramatic change, but it does seem to offer steady support. The powder mixes well and has no taste, which makes it simple to add to water or a shake. A good option if you want something mild for gut health.

This is my first day using l-glutamine. I am taking this to make sure my gut microbiome is well. L-glutamine is also known to heal joint pain related to leaky gut. I have a few aches that I believe may have to do with my digestion. This is only “one” of several Thorne products I have purchased. It is my favorite supplement company. With this particular supplement, there is no bad aftertaste. In fact, there is no burping our negative reaction after taking this supplement. I usually have a reaction within a few hours of taking any supplements, as my body is very sensitive. I have never been disappointed with their products. I expect great results with Thorne and that is what I always get. As far as cost, I refuse to put a price tag on my health. The price is reasonable and the amount you receive is fair. I will post an update about the effectiveness, and how I feel, in a few weeks.

I rented a house that had high levels of toxic mold/mycotoxins for 8 months and finally realized the reason for my numerous illnesses and debilitating sickness was from mold.
