I’ve just recently begun to try a few different lip plumping glosses, I don’t have any prior experience with them. Perusing Amazon to look at the plumping glosses has been a bit frustrating, because the majority of what I found were glosses that called themselves “plumping”, but only because they were extra shiny, most don’t have any ingredient that actually tingles/irritates/plumps the lips. This plumping lip gloss, Pout Bomb, does actual plumping (in addition to being very shiny), that I can feel, without it being at all uncomfortable. In fact, I think it would be better if it were a bit stronger. I chose the “cool nude” color, and I really like the way it looks. I have a warm complexion, I have a lot of yellow undertones in my pale skin. I have found that deep reds, edging on brown, are the most flattering to me. My absolute favorite lip color is Clinique’s Black Honey, it is a perfectly balanced red, so that it looks good on almost everyone. It has some brown to it, this “cool nude” reminds me of that brown, with less of the red. The consistency is close to the same as Clinique’s lip oil. This “cool nude” is a great brown color, it’s just the right amount of opaqueness, and it actually has that tingle from the plumping ingredient. In terms of shine, it has plenty. Look at the photo I took of it on the back of my hand. You can see how shiny it is. It has a large, kind of soft doe foot applicator, that gets the job done quickly. I’m taking one star away, because while it lasts longer than some, I would like it to last longer than it does, and I would say the plumping could be stronger. Still impressed, especially with the price being so reasonable. Definitely recommend.

This is my favorite lip gloss!! Colors are accurate for sure, doesn’t last too long, but it’s moisturizing and pretty. Lips don’t really plump at all, but I still love the look of it.

By far my fav lip plumper for daily use. I use in combination with buxom plumping lip liner. This has a gentle but awesome plumping effect. Color stays put, doesn’t get on teeth, and is very hydrating. Usually my lips are quite dry after using a plumper but this one left them supple. Sensitive skin friendly. Gorgeous color for pale cool tone skin.

This makes your lips tingly and minty but I dont think it really plumps your lips though. I have dry,chappy lips for 24/7 through all season so I always put Carmex lipbalm first and layer lipgloss on top of that and this lip gloss has just same effect as that so I dont see any dramatic plump effect fromt this lip gloss. Ans the smell is kinda strong and gross...? It smells like some chemical stuff+toothpaste... But! I loooove this color though. Im really into purple berry+cherry color and this is it! I spent a good 30 mins on here trying to find a high rated & reasonably priced plumping gloss. This gloss had a higher rating than a popular brand name that was almost $40- so I went with this one. While I will say it’s pretty & shiny, there is absolutely no plumping to it. I put it on expecting a tingle & didn’t feel anything. About 10 minutes in I felt a slight tingle (comparable to putting on mint chapstick). I looked & there was no plumping. Gloss is extra sticky as well. For the price I can’t complain too much. So if you want a pretty shiny gloss & aren’t worried about plumping or excess stickiness, this gloss is perfect. If you’re looking for something to plump your lips I suggest you try a different kind

I’ve bought 3 so far and love them all. They give you that nice little tingly feeling when you put them on. Good product and value!
