Well packed charges great

I bought the 19.2ah battery to replace an old one, however the new one had less power! It was in a box marked 19.2ah it says the same on the battery. The dimentions on the website state that a 19.2ah battery is 123mm high, the battery sold to me is only 96mm high.

The battery arrived well-packed and in excellent time. However, there is nothing on the battery, charger or packaging which says Bafang or Samsung. We went for two rides. My husband was happy with the capacity, and there was no reason to charge it in-between rides. This, apparently, indicates a good-quality of battery cells, but should this battery claim to be Bafang when the packaging states it was made by TFL - Tian Fu Li? There is no guarantee, either, that it contains the Samsung cells. Tine alone will tell if a good battery or not.
