i have used berberine for many years without issue after starting this product, i started to notice mild headaches after a couple of days by the 4th day, i started having these brain buster headaches where every part of your skull is a pain center...completely debilitating i havent had anything like this since i had migraines 40 years ago after stopping the product, they started to recede after about 36 hours now i go to make a return, and Amazon says i cant even return the unopened bottle that i have? sheesh if you try this, make sure you dont order more than one bottle to start disappointed in the Amazon return policy here...be careful Update: the seller has reached out to help me resolve this situation...i really appreciate that have upgraded to 3 stars for good customer service...thanks!

All dihydro-berberine is not the same,been using numerous brands for the last couple years this seems most potent and the price is great!

Very small caps, I'm very very satisfied with this brand. The supps are always with me everywhere.
