Work where you can concentrate on what you are doing.
The back case has to be GENTLY RELEASED from the main unit. A sharp box cutter works best. Be careful not to pull the blade in the direction of your fingers! It is glued together! Incredibly small parts to work with. Watch when using a hair drier to not have small parts around. They will blow away! Handle the connector strips gently. A good lighted magnifier helps seeing what you are doing. Connectors have to exactly aligned before pressing down too hard.

This is a new experience for me. I am a thrifty shopper. I don't understand why anyone would pay Apple prices for similar results. So, I buy Samsung--also cuz I am a Korean. But, I have never had the opportunity to lose contact with the world several times a day because the battery in my phone is such trash. Buy Samsung, straight from the factory. This battery will make you life a bitch.

This battery worked like a charm. Good tool kit and easy to replace following you tube video. Worth the extra price.

BATTERY NOT HOLDING A CHARGE
My phone's battery usage is not any better with this new battery in it. My Galaxy A14 phone is not even two year's old.
