She loved it!!!
Beautiful plant. Brought as gift co-worker grab bag and she simply loved the unique crisscrossed bamboo plant. Plant was healthy and arrived a couple of days earlier than expected making the timing perfect.

I LOVE IT... GORGEOUS & CUTE
I LOVE my new little friend and it's not really as little as I thought it would be. I bought it for my BFF for helping me take care of me while I took care of my mom who has end stage dementia. Rest in Heaven mama. I love and miss you so much. I think I'm going to need to get my friend another one because I fell in love with this one and already named him Groot. Lol I'm not sure if I got lucky, but this was well money spent. The leaves are so green and cute and I felt the rocks after taking the well wrapped cellophane off and it was nice and moist. Overall the Quality and health of the beautiful bamboo looks excellent. I have no idea how to take care of a bamboo so hopefully by learning, as I do with all of my plants, the HEALTH & DEATH RATE will not be an issue. Groot should live long after me. Absolutely gorgeous. I love it. I took 2 pics to show how green it is. One in the window is in indirect sunlight cuz I have a patio cover, so Groot will love it there. Then I sat it on a desk next to a banana tree I just rerooted and planted. I have so many banana trees. If I don't cut them from time to time, they will reach my 12-15 ft ceilings. I can't care for a plant that tall. The leaves will get dusty and the stem/trunk gets scoliosis like me. Anyway, I hope this helps you make your decision and I am happy I got the unbraided version. I like it a lot better.

Dying plant
I ordered this plant as a gift for a friend. It arrived half dead. Half of the stems are yellow and the leaves are wilted. I donât have a whole lot of hope that any of this poor plant will survive. I tried contacting Costa Farms for advise and was told if it was purchased from anyone other than directly through them they canât help with my order. All of the paperwork and care instructions said contact them with questions not true.

Nice plant, easy to care for. Looks like as shown.
We don't have much of a green thumb, but this plant is easy to care for. Very cool looking as shown. Some of the rocks let loose in shipping, but not a deal breaker!

Great addition to my new home!
Pleasantly surprised at the quality and the way it was packaged for delivery.

The plant is ok, but the packaging ruined it.
The plant itself looks nice, so far at least - soil is moist, all leaves are green. But the way it was packaged - WOW what a mess! The outer box was a bit roughed up, a bit of a gouge in one side, lots of scrapes. But relatively typical wear and tear. But the way the plant, or more specifically, the planter, was wrapped - a huge amount of the small rocks that covered the soil spilled out and not just in one neat little corner - it was all over in the box, all mixed in with the paper packaging material and impossible to remove the packaging or the plant without little rocks going everywhere. The celophane and packaging material protecting the plant seemed fine, but the way the planter had been wrapped there were gaps and all it would take is for some jostling during transit and voila! Little pebbles all over my kitchen. I was considering ordering a few more of these as gifts, I love the bamboo, but I couldn't imagine causing someone that much clean up. It was at least an hour from initially opening the box to finally being done with clean up. Bummer.
