I soaked these beans overnight. They took three hours to cook before I decided to serve them anyway, despite not being fork tender. The bag says to simmer one hour. WRONG. This food item is not worth the time investment they take or the 3 cartons of broth they sucked up in the cooking process. The bag of beans I got at the grocery store made a better dish.
