I prefere to use this product over coffee. It gives the boost of caffeine without the crash coffee can have. It's sweet yet has no sugar. You do have to swirl it around in between sips since there's some separation, but that's like any pre-work out or bcaa powder.

I like it! Mixes well and replaces my second cup of coffee in the mornings without the crash effect afterwards. I do not sweat during the day taking it like some reviews stated. I workout in the evenings so I haven’t experienced the effects of it pre-workout. I would definitely purchase this flavor/produce again.

I look at reviews for the quality, value of money , and taste when it comes to things like this. A lot of these reviews implied that the taste was horrible in water… I disagree. At first I used it in sugar free Gatorade and it was HORRIBLE (I only used 1 scoop). It tasted SO SWEET. I’m not a huge fan of sodas or juice so for me, this and a bottle of water was perfect. The taste was there… it was not as sweet as it was with the sugar free Gatorade although I still tasted the sweetness. And yes it does help you sweat a little more than you usually would. I’ve been using it prior to my bike rides and before yard work. I think it’s been pretty effective. I must say I usually don’t sweat a lot when I’m working out or doing anything but this definitely gave me my sweats. I also saw reviews that the container came half full… I’m pretty sure mines did not which I guess I got lucky maybe?

This stuff is great. I like to push my limits , and with other pre's you can do that. This stuff will get you moving and you don't feel the itching or jitters you would with other products. This is my favorite pre-workout I have tried and I have left C4 in the dust.

Absolutely love this stuff, tastes great, much cheaper than constantly buying ghost from stores, love the fat burner, definitely helped me plow through calorie deficit diet

Love this stuff. Not as much kick as their canned energy drink and no fizz so not a full replacement but a great addition. and great taste. Love that it has no artificial colors.

The thermal effect and extra little pump is amazing! Did the job. Awesome when you don’t want to take pre workout, but want a little something. I have taken it done a 3 mil run took half a scoop and it pushed me through a 2mil walk & 40min workout. Wears off by the time your workout is done which is really nice. Tried it after taking along side of pre workout (Alani Nu) and it was perfectly fine in terms of performance. Taste - the kiwi - I’m not a fan. Sucking it up because of cost, but I cringe hard after chugging it. Results are worth the discomfort. I’ll probably try the other flavor in the future. But wow. Not a fan of the taste. It does not taste like kiwi or strawberry which was a let down considering I loved their protein powder.

Product is rock hard wouldn’t really call it much of a powder, I understand this must be a bad batch unfortunate for me I guess!!
