I was looking for a flush bolt to replace ours for a set of Pella front doors. This 7 inch mortise flush bolt appears to be rather standard and fits several brands. It fit ours snugly and worked perfectly. It is surprisingly well constructed. Felt heavy and it’s quality was as good as the original The screws hole are approximately 4 1/2” center to center. I couldn’t find this information on their website. The only negative. The screws will strip on you very easily. They’re of poor quality. Recommend using a hand screwdriver versus trying to use your cordless. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit.

Worked perfectly with a simple changeout. Fit was perfect. Easy to install. Added greatly to the security of the door by getting the broken bottom pin out of there. Very happy with the quality. Price was reasonable.

This latch worked perfectly into the opening. Nice finish and very sturdy.

I needed his piece of hardware to repair a door. The repair is holding. However, the screws that came with the new hardware, we're too big for the pre-drilled holes in my door. Fortunately, I was able to use the old screws from the previously installed hardware.

The hinges are good quality and looks nice very heavy duty

These are well made and fit my door perfectly.
