Actually honest review
I personally wanted it just for the work. I wasn't in the need of a laptop, that's why I bought a chromebook. 1. Packing is awesome (ASUS as always good), nice box with handle, inside of it the chromebook itself and 45W USB-C charger + some papers. 2. Setting up was fast, since I have an Android, but with the iPhone works the same, just scan the QR code and it'll download all it needs. 5 minutes and you're ready. 3. It's 2-in-1 with touchscreen, so you can just flip the screen and voila, now you have a tablet. Touchscreen is good 4. [UPDATED] Average battery life 7-8 hrs while working \\\ Battery life, one of the main things I bought it. It's really up to 11 hrs though it says it varies. But if you're gonna use it just for work as me, it's going up to 14 hrs. (you can see on my photo) 5. You can download Steam and theoretically even play some games on it, but I don't think it can run much 6. Weight, if it's really matter to you. It's 3.6 lbs, but I don't really care about it 7. It's pretty fast, sometimes might be a little bit slow, but it's already an hour I'm using it right now and there's no glitches or anything else at all. I think you just need to give it some time to "heat up" 8. Full functionality of a chromebook, I don't even know what to tell you here 9. Price is kinda high, me personally bought it because of the touchscreen, but if you really need just a tool for work, buy either a simple version of this chromebook or Google Pixel Go which is much cheaper. But if you want a good 2-in-1, buy it. I don't have any cracks on it, the delivery was good and fast and the chromebook book itself made awesome. I already have a gaming laptop from ASUS and these guys know how to do it! It's a nice device for it's price. I'm gonna use it for a while and then make the updates.

Great Value For The Price
Good flex Chromebook with extended warranty if you register. Celeron processor limits it somewhat, but fine for web surfing, email and google functions. Links to my Pixel watch.

Great Chromebook for Everyday Use
I’m very happy with this ASUS Chromebook. It’s fast, lightweight, and extremely easy to use. ChromeOS runs smoothly, starts up in seconds, and handles everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, emails, and documents without any issues. The battery life is excellent, lasting most of the day, and the design is slim and comfortable to carry around. The keyboard is responsive, and the screen quality is good for work, school, or entertainment. Overall, this Chromebook offers great performance for the price and is perfect for students, home use, or anyone who needs a reliable and simple laptop. Highly recommended.

Good option for the price
Good laptop. I've had a few issues and sent it in for repairs; which was an easy and quick turnover process. Then they offered me a free month on your warranty even though I sent my laptop in right before the warranty ended (which it had expired by the time they sent my laptop back to me). This may be possible, but I haven't figured out how to combine it with another monitor (don't see the option in the settings). The charger is faster than anything I have ever used. I use it to charge my phone as well. It's lighter in weight compared to other laptops I have/have had. Love having the touchscreen.

Touch screen, long battery life, and it has a MicroSD slot on the side. Missing a backlit keyboard
Overall, this is a great computer for the price. It's not the fastest, but it's not the slowest. I just wish it had a backlit keyboard. And computers or laptops that have backlit keyboards are usually on the pricier side. They should make a Chrome laptop that has a backlit keyboard that is under $300. Anyhow, it starts up real quick, I noticed that it is a little bit heavy, but that's a good thing because if the battery is lasting a long time and it does seem to last a long time, then I'm okay with it being heavy. I've always trusted this brand, and I also like that it has a touch screen feature. With that being said, if it has a touch screen feature, it should automatically include a backlit keyboard. Anyhow, great computer at a great price. The big selling point for me is that it had a memory card slot for your memory cards. I have a DJI drone, and I needed a computer or should I say a laptop that had a memory card slot on the side and this one has it. And you don't need the big adapter that comes with many micro SD cards. The micro SD card fit perfectly into the slot on the side of the computer

Return at first sign of trouble!!!
When we first used this device to set up user profiles everything worked fine. After a few uses it started overheating and freezing. After trying the standard fixes of press & hold, ctrl-alt-delete, and the trusty old unplug & plug back in, I called support and got someone I could barely hear or understand. I let him gaslight me into thinking there was something I was doing wrong! After an hour of him guiding me while re-trying the same things, all of a sudden it un-froze and let me power off. The next few times we used it everything was fine so I thought it was a fluke. Now, it rarely turns on, overheats when charging and the screen freezes when it wants to or shows colorful lines throughout the screen. Should've sent it back when I had the chance but now I'm sending it to Asurion because I have product protection. This notebook is under a year old! No way I should be experiencing anything but bliss.

Great Chromebook at a Good Price
My job has required that we use Chromebooks for about 7 years now. I was a MacBook user for years. Recently my MacBook died, after probably 7 -8 years. I love Apple products, but I couldn’t see spending so much money on a new MacBook for my personal use. I bought this Chromebook and don’t miss my MacBook at all. Using Chromebooks and the Google Suite for work helped my transition. There are definitely things that I miss, like iMovie, but I’m sure there is an app out there if I need something similar. This Chromebook is well-built, a great size, has a good display, and it’s fast. I highly recommend it.
