Lion`s Mane 100 capsules

I don't intend to give medical advice and am only sharing my experience. I am an adult in my 30s with ADHD; I am also a graduate student. Due to health insurance issues, I am unable to seek medical help. I struggle enormously with focusing, brain fog, and overall procrastination (even though I am constantly stressed out and THINKING about doing things). I have been taking only one capsule daily early in the morning for about 4 weeks and have noticed improvement. My 'brain fog' has significantly diminished and I have been able to study and read for several hours at a time (4-5 hrs). I also find myself "doing" things without much thought (were before I would only THINK about doing them). I had tried this brand before in another product and thought it was of great quality. Maybe it's a placebo effect? I don't know. But I will continue to take this product. Just as a word of caution, based on my experience, I would NOT take this at night as it seems to give a lot of energy and also cause very vivid dreams.
