This clip is so strong and holds my curly hair so well. It is also beautiful and feels very expensive.

Metal so it’s a little heavier but it’s a small clip so it stays up and is relatively light weight. I have super thick hair and find that metal claw clips just work better in securing heavier hair! It helps that this clip in particular is super cute too!

There are multiple listings for these, which makes it near impossible to figure out what’s what. The measurements are hard to locate and pictures that make the clip look bigger in one listing but still has the same measurements as other listings. It’s all rather confusing and annoying. For this one, the first measurement listed reads that one of the measurements is 6 1/2 inches. I think that’s actually the cardboard the clip is attached to! These clips are about 3 inches, end to end across the longest part. From the center of the “arc” to the bottom is about an inch. These should work quite well—if you don’t have a lot of hair. If your goal is (like mine) to clip up thick, heavy hair, it’s just not large enough. I didn’t remove them from the packaging, so I can only say what I saw and could feel through the plastic. These are very sturdy, solid and well constructed. They’re not going to break easily and even with regular use I’d expect them to last several years.

Edited to say the seller reached out and offered a full refund for my purchase which was much appreciated and great customer service which is why I’m ha he’s from 1 star to 2. Hopefully they will fix this design flaw because the clasp is really attractive to wear. Original review: Ordered first hair clip and wore it multiple times and the pin in the middle of it came out of one end which made it useless. Thought this might have been a fluke so ordered another one and after wearing it multiple times (8-10 maybe) the same thing happened to the second one. Clip looks nice and wears well but there seems to be a design flaw because the pin comes out of one end. I have medium thick hair so it should be no problem for it to work and last. Will not be ordering another one.

Not all clips are created equally, especially if you have thick hair. Many will slide out or cant drip a lot. These are the good ones! Great for super thick hair. They are weighty and well made. Love the chrome and gold colors. Initially bought to gift and ended uo keeping all 4. They are worth the splurge

This is my favorite go to hair clip for my hair when I am going out for the evening. Made very well with excellent strength to hold your hair in place. Really makes me feel like a princess When I wear it and it was extremely well priced.
