Important part was broken
Was excited to receive but when inboxed looked partially put together and the area where rolling base fits into seat was cracked and broken ( that part was only plastic so that surprised me) but had no trouble in returning unit and getting refund

Easy to assemble, rolls easily, adjustable height
Ordered for a pregnant employee to be able to sit at a counter height desk with computer. Rolls easily. Adjusts higher than most standard swivel stools.

So far so good!
This still sits up higher than my previous one, and it's well cushioned, which is extremely helpful! The hydraulics seem solid, but only time will tell.I love the fact that the stool comes with extra wheels!
