Perfect size for my sourdough . I ordered a smaller one and felt that it needed to be a little bigger so I ordered this 9 inch and it’s perfect for me . It is easy to clean and well made. Some other reviews talk about things sticking but if you use enough flour it won’t stick at all. Comes with the liner as well. Will def order again.

The item is fine. Measurements: 9” interior diameter, 9 3/4” outside diameter. Smooth surface, includes a cover. The packaging Amazon shipped in was a paper bag type envelope. It had a huge tear in it. It’s a wonder the basket survived. Luckily it was not broken or dirty. Seems to be of decent quality.

The product is as expected

I bought two of these for my sourdough bread. The basket itself is very sturdy and the linen cover is fabulous. Washed easily and doesn’t stick to my dough. I saw this elsewhere for a lot more money. Great value for the price!

The quality is excellent. This is my first time buying a proofing basket. The liner was much higher quality than I expected and looked from the image. The basket seems very solid and well made. Overall I recommend it.

Nothing wrong with the product. But after 7 tries I gave up on sourdough bread. Hated waiting 4 days to have mediocre results. I enjoy baking, and even using my breakmaker I can throw in some ingredients and a few hours later have delicious bread! Someday I'll use this banneton to make regular artisan bread.
