Worked well. The back was sticky but also a little forgiving so you can adjust it well. Then just use a squeegee and run out if there's any wrinkles and it's on there. Looks like a deep red brownish wood. I like the color, easy to cut.easy to stick

It's as thick as regular contact paper. I didn't have any problems with it and I'm happy I bought it you get quite a bit for your money. I did not buy this for a long-term use. I use this at the bottom of my pigeons cage and change it on a regular basis so it's more of a throwaway item for me. It sticks to the bottom of the cage and then I can peel it up when it needs changed. Paper won't work for this as her flying around will lift that up.

HINT: You do not need to waste time evenly lining up the edges. You will drive yourself crazy. You can instead just overlap this paper with itself at the edges by a few inches and it is not noticeable, even up close. It is thick and forgiving. If you mess up you can pull it back and relay it several times. You can also trim small pieces off to patch & repair small areas band-aid style that may not be perfect the first time, such as corners and edges. If you match up the coloring and do it correctly, it will not even be noticeable, even up close. So if you trim an edge and leave a small hole or jagged edge, don't worry you can probably fix it with patience and persistence. I used this to beautify 2 refrigerators. One is a 25 year old white entry level whirlpool 18 cu ft. It was showing its age but probably still has lots of life left in it. The handles were yellowed and it really made our kitchen look worn down. We used a dark chocolate high-gloss spray paint on the handles. We also covered the front of a brand new LG 30 cu ft stainless steel refrigerator because A) the fingerprints and smudges were driving us crazy and B) it was new but discounted heavily as 'scratch and dent'. We first filled in the dents with silicone caulking and leveled with a scraper. The results were better than expected and I am super happy with the results. Thrilled with the product and have purchased several rolls.

I so wish I would’ve taken a before picture. I was in desperate need a file cabinet and all seemed a bit overpriced and just didn’t feel like they were my style. Then one day I found an old beige metal one someone had set out to the curb. Of course snagged that up. I’m definitely not one for beige so when I came across this “wood” peel and stick here on Amazon I knew I needed it. It worked perfect for what I wanted and love the wood grain texture! Only thing I would add is it’s not very “wrinkle free.” Small ones I was able to rub out, but if it got creased pretty good I couldn’t get it to go away. Thankfully with the wood grain texture it’s hardly noticeable. All in all great quality and great value. Definitely recommend!
