I used the knife for sushi. Very sharp but dosent stay sharp till like after 5 uses you can start noticing it getting dull. It’s not what they advertising about this sushi knife.

I can’t say enough about this knife. It’s awesome - just wish it had a sleeve rather than a box to store it but great quality.
