I've been using this hair growth oil for three months, and the results are amazing! I've struggled with thinning hair, especially at my crown & temples, and tried many products without success. First of all, I wished I had found this sooner! I also wished I had taken a picture of my hair before using Batana. My hair is extremely thin and fine and become very frizzy. I used this product once expecting my hair to be flat and stuck to my head because of the Batana! Much to my pleasant surprise it was totally the opposite! It is full of body and shine and will now actually hold curl! I can't say that it has increased my hair growth because it is way too soon for that, but I will update in that event. I have struggled with dry frizzy hair for so long and I am so thankful to this product. If you haven't tried, please do, it's wonderful!

I am pleased to note that my hair is experiencing significant thickening and increased fullness around my edges and other areas, boasting a remarkably soft texture akin to a delicate flower. Although it has a distinct coffee smell fragrance, I apply it nightly beneath my hair bonnet and beneath my wig in the morning. Initially, when washing my hair once a week, I successfully combined the batana oil with my leave-in conditioner, achieving outstanding results. As a result, my hair exhibits a radiant shine and is growing rapidly, with its moisture level optimized.

This hair oil softens your hair if it dry and brittle. It locks in moisture. I have been using this product for over 2 months for me and my children and my hair is thicker and gels really soft. As for my boys their grown tremendously and is way softer especially with this winter season where you lose moisture out of your hair rapidly.

I can't say for certain if this is authentic Batana oil or an imposter. It smells like coffee or burnt popcorn. It's a solid in the container and melts when on the skin and doesn't leave a white or gray residue. It says there's only 1 ingredient, BUT it also says "This oil is a unique blend of natural ingredients INSPIRED by the hair care traditions of Honduras." It's not very dark but it is a medium brown colored. I have not used it yet. I just received it a couple of days ago and am waiting to use it once I take my braids down and cleanse my scalp. I thought when I purchased it, it said raw and unrefined but it does not have those words on the container or box anywhere. Oh well, we'll see if I have positive or negative results. I pray for positive ones.

This product gets a lot of commercial reviews on FB with warnings to only purchase from the official site. I however chose to buy via Amazon. This product says it’s 100% organic. The smell is very potent. It’s lightweight and not very greasy . However, it’s been a month, some new growth on edges, but overall, leaves hair, mine at least dry within moments of application. Will finish product to completion to determine if effective of growth, Right now, hair is on protective style.

The texture feels like it is cut with petroleum jelly (or something similar) and the scent reminds me of artificial coffee extract. I ordered 100% unrefined batana oil from a different source and the smell and texture are completely different. It’s more solid and slightly grainy, and only turns greasy/oily when you warm it in your hands. Also, it smells more like natural ash and coffee, not a coffee scented candle. I can’t say for certain what additives they use, but it doesn’t seem like 100% pure batana.

I like this product. I found out that Dr. Sebi promoted the oil which is native to his country, Honduras. I have noticed my hair is growing and getting stronger. I got it to assist with my edges. My hair line and edges are coming in slowly. I am wanting the thickness I had to my edges prior to braiding trauma. Otherwise it is a very good product and will help any hair texture grow.

Gut für die Haare, Augenbrauen, Wimpern. Gut für die Haut und Nägel. Für mich macht es keinen Unterschied ob es in fester Form oder flüssig ich mag beides. Sonst mag ich keine Öle, besonders nicht im Haar. Den Geruch finde ich entspannend. Einfach super.

Stinks a bit but if you apply an hour before washing it is ok. As to whether it is a good treatment for age related baldness only time will tell. Seller is good 5*s as is but its effectiveness ????
