Wonderful medicine and yes it's pricey but worth it. Tastes good with honey and the strength is good as well. No caffeine as it's Herbal.

Such a delicious and soothing tea to help you unwind! Bought this tea because I'd been looking for a blend of valerian root, chamomile and lavender or something similar, and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the flavor and quality. Made correctly and steeping for the correct amount of time yields the perfect flavor. The strength was surprising too. Very sweet despite not adding any sweeteners of any kind which was lovely for me. I definitely recommend it. While for some it may not help you sleep or knock you out or what have you- it worked well to help me unwind before bed!
