Great flavors

I love almost all of the keto chows I’ve tried but there was something seriously wrong with this one. I took one gulp and spit the rest out. It was like drinking battery acid and now my stomach making noises I didn’t know were possible hours later. My son also tried it and did the same. So it wasn’t just me.

The taste is phenomenal. In fact, all of them are, but if I'm being honest, I'm not excited about the whole "added/adding fat" to my protein drink. For some reason, I thought I would try the Keto plan, but much like everyone else, I experienced ""keto diarrhea". The whole idea, for me personally, is not a good fit. I will go back to eating 'clean'....fruits, veggies, etc. People that do that look more vibrant. Again, just my opinion.

I did not like the bitterness or the saltiness of this shake. I drank half of it and threw the rest away. I will stick to the regular line of Keto Chow if I need a sweet treat.

Great taste and really works well, full without hunger cravings.
